Welcome to the Qualification Verification System for employers/verification agencies/institutions

Your verification request in relation to the qualifications awarded by "The Hong Kong Polytechnic University" or its predecessor "Hong Kong Polytechnic" since academic year 1986/87 can be made under this Qualification Verification System.

Regarding requests for qualifications verification awarded before academic year 1986/87, please make a request by email to the Academic Registry (email: ar.qvs@polyu.edu.hk) detailing personal particular of the graduate concerned, i.e. the full name in English, ID/Passport number, date of birth, qualification attained and year of award. A valid consent duly signed by our graduate that covers the above-mentioned information and agrees our University to disclose the verification result must be provided for the written request.

Please make verification request by email to the responsible offices for qualifications that this System cannot verify:

Graduate School (gs.enquiry@polyu.edu.hk):
- For graduates awarded with the Doctor of Philosophy/Master of Philosophy and were admitted to the University before 2018/19
PolyU SPEED (sp.car@speed-polyu.edu.hk):
- For qualifications administered by School of Professional Education and Executive Development, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU SPEED)
PolyU HKCC (cc.car@hkcc-polyu.edu.hk):
- For qualifications administered by Hong Kong Community College, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU HKCC)

Service Pledge:

The University shall cater for those requests for qualification verification with consents given by our graduate from employers, prospective employers, other educational institutions, recognised voluntary organisations and qualification verification agencies.

Please read the section “Instructions” on how to register an account and submit an application for qualification verification.

You will receive an automated reply once a qualification request is submitted. In normal circumstances, we will respond to your request within 7 working days if the submitted information and documents are complete.

If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please contact us at ar.qvs@polyu.edu.hk and quote the application number for reference.
